2) Face facts that we are going to XL!
3) Find / beg / buy appropriate golfing attire
4) Give your liver a rest leading up to Monday
5) Find a pen or pencil you can bring along.

A EGM is currently required to make some changes to the constitution due to changes made by the BCU to include a Welfare officer position in the club. The Club is looking to combine this position with a current position in the club, this will be decided at the EGM, we will also have a review of the constitution, please read the constitution found in the resources part of the website(http://www.bathunicanoe.org.uk/resources).
Due to the EGM this week, the session will start at 3pm if you dont want to go on the Cardiff Trip
If enough people want to go, i'll run a trip to CIWW on this day. It will be a 6 cumec release from 18:15 - 20:00 so suitable for people with minimal whitewater experience.
Cost would be about £25 per person this includes £10 to get onto the course

Bristol have invited us to a friendly polo session at their SU. No guarantee this will go ahead, depends upon numbers.
Cost would likely be transport to Bristol (train and bus).
Sign up if you'd like this to go ahead and would come along.
Their session runs 9-10pm (same as ours). I haven't yet checked what time we'd need to catch a train from Bath Spa/Oldfield Park.
Our own polo tournament! No need to worry about transport and if you're playing, you'll get the easier jobs on the day
There'll be two leagues on the day, Open and Ladies and anyone is welcome to play, regardless of how often they play Polo. As the organisers, we can have more than 1 team per league.
Social afterwards to be decided by Jess...
Bath is hosting a polo tournament and very occasionally some of the uni's stay behind to party. Either way Bath party it up with or without them.

Food and drink is served. We have a few drinks deals.
Jon will write them up in a comment.
No fancy dress theme.
Decide on the night if we go clubbing after based on drunkeness / money.
Lets have a good turn out guys, Polo people have no excuse (for once) and lets show the others we are a social bunch
Btw, the less rapey ones among you may have to put up other unis for the night x
Avon Canoe Polo Club have got 2 teams playing in tournaments this weekend, so have invited us to send a team over for training. I'm going to go with my car, so there's 4 spaces for other people if they'd like to come along too.
A few of the Avon lot will be there, so might some people from Bristol. It'll be a great chance for people to have their eyes opened up =D
Priority goes to those competing for A team spaces at BUCS, but all are welcome to sign up, then a decision shall be made.
